Proceeds from the event benefit the Mobile Jaycees. Various species caught throughout the weekend will be used for scientific testing done by the Food and Drug Administration and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab and Estuarium. Fishing begins at 5:00 a.m. on Friday and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Activities, vendors, music and fish weigh-ins begin at 9:00 a.m. and lasts through the evening.
